Professional Experience
Dr. Erik Schlumberger started his professional career in 1997 with KPMG in Munich. In the beginning he worked for the audit department and was involved in various annual company audits. Later, he worked for KPMG in the Corporate Finance department where he gained significant experience in due diligence, valuations and purchase price allocations. After taking his professional exams he was leader of the Corporate Finance department of KPMG in Stuttgart. Since 2007 Dr. Erik Schlumberger is partner at TAP in Munich.
The spectrum of his expertise covers company valuation, financial modelling, due diligence, transaction assistance and purchase price allocation. Dr. Erik Schlumberger is also Publicly Certified Expert for Business Valuations for the Chamber of Commerce (Munich and Upper Bavaria).
