Professional Experience
Sebastian Seiml started his professional career in 2002 in KPMG in Munich where he worked for the Corporate Finance department.
With KPMG, Sebastian gained twenty years of experience directing and performing business valuations, transaction advisory, business analysis and financial modelling. His professional focus is on giving advice and expert opinions to clients on enterprise and asset valuations, financial modelling and planning analysis, fairness opinions, purchase price allocations and impairment tests according to IFRS and HGB.
Since January 2023 Sebastian is partner at TAP in Munich.
