Professional Experience
Volker Sasse started his professional career in 1999 with KPMG Corporate Finance in Hamburg where he worked for the Corporate Finance department.
Volker gained thirteen years of experience directing and performing business valuations, transaction advisory, business analysis and financial modelling. His professional focus is on advising and conducting expert valuation opinions on the occasion of legal, tax and transaction related valuations, fairness opinions, purchase price allocations and impairment tests according to IFRS and HGB, financial modelling and planning analysis. Besides, Volker audited annual and consolidated financial statements of consumer markets and retail sector companies.
Since January 2013 Volker is partner at TAP in Hamburg. The spectrum of his expertise covers financial modelling, business valuations, fairness opinions and purchase price allocations.
